 1. Eligibility
a. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
b. You must be a registered business entity in Ghana.

 2. Account Registration
a. To become a seller on FASCARTGH, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and must not share them with unauthorized individuals.

 3. Product Listings
a. You are responsible for accurately listing your products on the FASCARTGH platform, including detailed descriptions, prices, and other relevant information.
b. Product listings must not violate any intellectual property rights or legal regulations.
c. You should maintain stock availability for the listed products and update the inventory regularly.

 4. Order Fulfillment
a. You are responsible for timely order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment of products to customers within the agreed-upon timeframe.
b. You must ensure the accuracy and quality of the products being shipped to customers.

 5. Pricing and Payment
a. You have the authority to set the prices for your products on FASCARTGH.
b. FASCARTGH will collect payments from customers on your behalf and transfer the proceeds to you after deducting applicable fees.

 6. Customer Service
a. You should provide prompt and professional customer service to address customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues.
b. Any disputes or conflicts with customers should be resolved in a fair and timely manner.

 7. Seller Performance
a. FASCARTGH monitors seller performance to maintain a high-quality marketplace. Continuous non-compliance with terms and conditions may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

 8. Compliance with Laws
a. As a seller, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, intellectual property rights, and data protection regulations.

 9. Feedback and Ratings
a. Customers are allowed to provide feedback and ratings for the products they purchase from you. FASCARTGH encourages sellers to actively address customer feedback and improve their overall performance.

 10. Termination
a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

 11. Amendments
a. FASCARTGH reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Store Registration fees

    Store registration fees is charge  for the  registration and  setup of the following stores provided on the marketplace that can be renewed when expired.                  

a. BASIC STORE (CHARGE MONTHLY)

b. STANDARD STORE: 12 months Plan (CHARGE ANNUALY)

c. MASTER STORE: 36 months Plan ( CHARGE  EVERY 3YEARS)

d. DROPSHIPPING ( NOT AVAILABLE YET)

 Required Documents for Seller/Vendor Registration on FASCARTGH:

1. **Business Registration Certificate:**
– Proof of your business registration in Ghana.

2. **Tax Identification Number (TIN):**
– A valid TIN issued by the Ghana Revenue Authority.

3. **Bank Account Details:**
– Provide your bank account details for payment transfers.

4. **Product Catalog:**
– A comprehensive catalog of the products you intend to sell on FASCARTGH, including descriptions, images, and prices.

5. **Product Certifications (if applicable):**
– Any relevant certifications or licenses required for selling specific products, such as electronics, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.

6. **Return and Refund Policy:**
– Clearly define your return and refund policy, including any applicable conditions or restrictions.

7. **Valid Identification:**
– Government-issued ID (such as Ghana card, a passport or driver’s license) for the business owner or authorized representative.
